All the children in one of the groups completed the cycle ride of 12 miles and several of them commented on the beautiful scenery.
In the morning meeting we looked at what is perhaps the most famous verse in the Bible - John 3 v 16. This evening some children took part in a mini inpromptu drama of the story of Abigail (our obscure Bible character for today).
This was a real laugh but also helped us understand how what we say can count for good or bad.
This afternoon was our walk to Castleton - great effort from everyone and again beautiful scenery all around.
The ice-creams in Castleton seemed to go down well too.
The group that made kites actually had time to fly them today - see photos.
